BodyPump - Weight training that uses low weight load and high repetitions to burn fat and create lean muscle
BodyCombat - Mixed martial arts group training
Les Mills Tone - Combines blocks of strength, cardio and core training into one complete and convenient workout.
Zumba - Dance fitness class using Latin and world rhythms
BootCamp - Intervals combining strength and cardio either at stations around the room or done together as a team
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training - Interval workout of high intensity moves with short periods of rest or lower intensity moves
Step - Aerobics class utilizing a step
Pound Fitness - A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates- inspired movements
Strong Nation - combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Sport Yoga - A yoga class geared toward fitness enthusiasts that can incorporate strength, mobility, flexibility, power and stability.
