Child Care
BodyShock offers supervised child care for your children so you can come to your favorite classes! We have a safe, supervised child care area with trained staff! Feel safe to drop off your little ones in the child care area and attend your fitness class. Please check schedule for available child care times.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM- 10:30 AM
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Fridays: 9:00AM-10:30AM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM-10:30 AM
Just a few reminders:
* All children MUST be in designated childcare area during childcare hours.
*Children NOT allowed during non-childcare hours for safety purposes.
*NO food or drink in childcare for safety purposes.
